Lowery Property Advisors is looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance & Operations to lead the financial and operational direction of our rapidly growing organization. In this key leadership role, you will oversee financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, and compliance, while also streamlining operational processes to support our continued expansion. As a crucial part of our team, you will also have a direct impact on human resources, guiding talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. If you have a strong background in finance, operations, and HR, coupled with proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities, we invite you to help drive the success of our ambitious growth plans.

Performance Objectives:
90 Day:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all accounting operations.
• Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely accounting reports.
• Set profitability and revenue targets aligned with the company’s growth strategy
180 Days:
• Begin providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
• Work toward achieving the profitability and revenue targets set during the first 90 days.
365 Days:
• Be fully integrated into the role, consistently providing high-level financial insights.
• Achieve and sustain profitability and revenue targets, while continuing to refine financial strategies and operational processes to support the company’s growth and expansion goals.
