Jim Burbach, MAI
James is a native of Wisconsin and has a BBA degree in Finance and a MS degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. He relocated to Denver, Colorado in 1979 and since then has worked in various leadership roles in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. Jim moved to Corpus Christi, Texas in 2005 where he owned his own appraisal firm prior to joining LPA in 2021. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to LPA. In his free time he enjoys ballroom/country dancing with his wife, working out, sports and the beach.
