LPA is the Fastest Growing Independent Commercial Property Valuation Firm in the Southwest.
Since its inception in 2010, Lowery Property Advisors has grown exponentially. When Mark Lowery and a small team of likeminded valuation professionals came together to form LPA, they had one idea in mind, creating a tech-enabled appraisal firm that puts its people first!
The creation of a team oriented, people first culture has served LPA well and continues to be a competitive advantage that drives our growth.
From 2010 to 2023 our numbers truly speak for themselves with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) for revenue of 31.4% and 27.9% for personnel. In fact, in the past 4 years alone, our Team has more than tripled in size. We are truly driving LPA forward at an astonishing pace. However, even with such rapid growth we have stayed true to our core values, our passion for service, and our commitment to 100% on-time delivery.
The LPA Team
At LPA, we break down barriers in a siloed world. We encourage communication, cultivate an environment for individual development, and strive to elevate from within by providing our team members opportunities for rapid growth and professional development in their careers in commercial real estate valuation.
The truth is, LPA team members are a special breed. They are knowledgeable, meticulous, analytical, principled, driven to meet deadlines, and committed to maintaining open dialogues at all levels.
Most importantly, our team members make it their business to build relationships that generate strategic insights and create long-term value for our clients. In other words, at LPA, we take a very human approach to commercial real estate valuation.
