What We Do
When it comes to appraising commercial real estate, there is little we don’t do. Lowery Property Advisors offers a full range of commercial property valuation and appraisal services. Our valuation expertise extends from providing appraisals for the more widely known and common property types, to the more unique properties that require additional attention and assessment, including Right-of-Way and Eminent Domain.
No matter what your commercial appraisal needs are, the Team at LPA will provide you with accurate reporting and on-time delivery, every time. We produce evaluations, appraisal reports, feasibility analyses, and restricted report appraisals. These valuation services span the complete spectrum of commercial real estate property types. We also work closely with lenders, both federally regulated and non-depository. Our valuation reports comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and all associated guidelines, and every piece of appraisal collateral we deliver is created independently of the loan process.

Right of Way and
Eminent Domain
In addition to traditional commercial property appraisals, LPA is actively involved in the valuation of real estate for right-of-way and eminent domain purposes. Right-of-Way appraisal work consists of consultation and advisory support, market studies, litigation support, valuation, and expert witness testimony. Typical right-of-way projects have included appraisals for highway and street expansions, water/sanitary sewer, oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, drainage easements, recreational hike and bike trails, and aviation easements. Appraisals have also been conducted for public parks acquisition, government building and surplus right-of-way disposition, future utility facilities, and ground lease feasibility.
A broad range of clients are served through our right-of-way/eminent domain valuation services. Clients range from condemning authorities such as highway transportation departments, municipalities, federal authorities, utility districts, private landowners and tenants. Right-of-way assignments have ranged from a single property to over 100 properties spread over multiple counties.
LPA serves clients of various types and sizes and we would be grateful for the opportunity to work with you.
