Mark Lowery leads the Team at LPA as the owner and founder and serves as President and CEO.
Mark is a proud graduate of Texas A&M where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He has a long history in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry which began with Wells Fargo Bank, where he focused primarily on residential appraisal review. In 2002, he moved to BRG, Inc. as a Senior Appraiser recruiting and training multiple appraisers.
In 2010, Mark founded Lowery Property Advisors with a dream of changing the landscape in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal field, and in 12 short years, he has done just that. He leads the LPA Team with our Core Values in mind and the relationships he has cultivated over the years are a testament to him and the Team he has built.
More importantly, Mark works tirelessly to ensure LPA’s reputation for on-time delivery and ethical and accurate commercial valuations throughout the Southwest and beyond, is upheld year after year.
