Brent is an experienced, MAI designated appraiser in multiple states with over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience. He is a proud Houston native and a graduate from Texas A&M University an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Sciences and a master’s degree in Land Development. His professional passion is ensuring high quality valuation reports with a 100% on-time delivery.

Morgan Pavloske is a Director for LPA in the Houston office. She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and completes a wide variety of complex real estate appraisal assignments.   Morgan received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M. She also holds a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M. During her spare time, Morgan enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.

Anthony was born and raised in Houston, TX, and is a graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Anthony specializes in right-of-way and eminent domain but also has experience in agricultural, commercial, industrial, office, retail, special use, and vacant land appraisals. Anthony is passionate about fitness and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Christopher is a Houston native and holds a B.B.A. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with experience in appraising a wide variety of property types. In his spare time, Christopher enjoys supporting Houston sports teams, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Alyssa graduated from the University of Alabama in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Marketing as well as a double minor in Real Estate and Management Communications. Property types that Alyssa has appraised include: office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and other types of commercial properties. When she is not at work, she likes to hangout with her 2 cats and cheer on the Crimson Tide teams.

Paul is part of the LPA team in Houston. Paul received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, and is also a graduate of the Master of Real Estate program at Texas A&M. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, sailing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Jensen is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business. In his free time, he enjoys watching The Houston Texans, Astros, and Aggie football, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, as well as meeting new people.
