LPA is seeking candidates for a Managing Director position in our Corpus Christi office. This senior role involves managing daily operations, overseeing a team of valuation professionals, maintaining a personal pipeline of appraisal and consulting assignments, and driving business development in the South Texas region. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess a Texas Certified General Appraiser License, have at least five years of commercial real estate appraisal experience with leadership responsibilities, and strong knowledge of the Corpus Christi market. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with commercial real estate data platforms are essential.
