LPA is seeking candidates for a Research Analyst in our Irving office. Performance objectives for the Research Analyst position include collecting, organizing, and analyzing commercial real estate data to support accurate market intelligence. Responsibilities involve maintaining internal databases, verifying market comparables, and assisting with research reports across various property types. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong interest in commercial real estate, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with data analysis tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
