Clayton is a Lamar University graduate, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Following graduation, he began his career with Allen, Williford, and Seale, Inc., a Right-of-Way valuation firm, where he gained hands-on experience supporting appraisal and valuation work for infrastructure and transportation-related projects. He looks forward to continuing to build on this experience as he transitions into commercial real estate valuation, bringing both his financial background and right-of-way experience to his work.

Ruby Rose is a graduate of the University of Florida, (go gators!) where she obtained a degree in Philosophy and Spanish. She is originally from Seattle (Capital Hill), and in her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, going on walks, watching movies, traveling, and learning about history.
Anthony Osburn
Anthony is a proud Texas A&M graduate, Class of ’17, and Master’s of Real Estate graduate, Class of ’18. Currently a Managing Director at LPA, Anthony focuses on leading a team to produce ethical and timely valuations in North Texas—and outside of work, Anthony enjoys going to the gym, golfing, and hanging out with friends and dogs.
