Zach graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a degree in Business and a minor in Sports Management. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and is a big football and soccer fan.

Shane is a Director with LPA and has over 15 years of experience appraising a wide range of commercial properties for both transactional and right-of-way projects. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Shane is a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, holds a Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the IRWA, and the MIA designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Shane is passionate about spending time with his wife Jenn and three boys Joey, Les, and Jack. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing, snow skiing, and spending lots of time outdoors.
