She has also played a key role in shaping company culture throughout her career, developing core values, mentorship programs, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience. Abby brings a hands-on approach to people operations, combining deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for building strong, values-driven workplace cultures. Outside the office, she loves to travel with her husband, staying active, and has a deep passion for animals, especially their cocker spaniel, Saylor.
