Appraisal and Administrative Team
Jake proudly serves as the Managing Director of the Lubbock office, which serves areas all around West Texas and Eastern New Mexico including Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, and San Angelo. He has experience in a variety of different property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, subdivisions, and special use properties. He is a graduate of Texas A&M where he studied Urban Planning and Land Development. He enjoys watching/talking about college football, cooking, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jordan is the managing director of LPA’s San Antonio office and coordinates all aspects of Central Texas
lender projects in his current role. He is a proud third generation Texan and San Antonio transplant who
graduated from Southern Methodist University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and
Sociology. Jordan has over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience across a wide
range of property types, specializing in self-storage. His professional passion is training and working
closely with team members to timely produce high-quality valuation reports for our client’s needs.

Taylor is a Senior Associate at LPA. Taylor is State Certified in Texas and has experience in a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as churches and aircraft hangars. Taylor received her BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crocheting, volunteering, and watching sports.

Brian began his career with LPA in June 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the San Antonio office focusing on production of appraisal reports, as well as overseeing and assisting a team of appraisers. He attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Parsons Mounted Cavalry, and the Spirit of ’02 cannon crew. He studied Finance and later earned his Master of Real Estate.
In his spare time Brian enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and serving on the Beef Cattle Committee for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

Andrew is the Senior Researcher for LPA. He helps the LPA Research team by researching and utilizing the finest and freshest data so that our clients get the best valuation possible. Due to his experience in multiple industries, his MBA from Ohio University, several years in the airline industry, and a brief stint as an Air Traffic Controller, he provides a unique perspective to the LPA Research team.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys cheering on the Dallas Mavericks and FC Dallas, visiting local breweries, spending time with his girlfriend and their pets.

Mario serves as a Senior Managing Director at LPA. He was born and raised in San Antonio and brings over 20 years of appraisal experience throughout the State of Texas. He established the San Antonio office and the Right-of-Way/Litigation Support Practice of LPA in 2016 and continues to grow and scale the group into new markets.
Besides giving back to two professional trade organizations and being a youth mentor, Mario cherishes every moment with his wife and son. He also enjoys traveling, rooting for the Aggies, a day at the shooting range or golf course, and family time.

Robert earned both his undergraduate degree and Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. After a year supporting our research team at our Corporate Headquarters in Irving as an intern, he now serves as a full-time Associate focused on a wide range of commercial property types. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Robert now lives in El Paso. Outside the office, Robert enjoys fishing, country dancing, and spending time with friends and family.

Carl is an experienced appraiser specializing in right of way and partial acquisitions. The growth in the Texas market has driven this segment of the business to expand in recent years. Carl’s expertise and client list has been an asset to the LPA San Antonio office. A fighting Texas A&M graduate and MAI, Carl brings a well-rounded education to the organization.
He is married to his amazing wife, Courtney. Their daughter Brittney, and her husband Jordan, just welcomed the first grandson Wyatt Taylor into the world. Carl loves to spend his weekends at the beach or hunting at the ranch.

Stormi earned her BBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Arkansas University, where she was also a member of the collegiate golf team. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas and is a licensed attorney. Her career spans roles in commercial title and real estate, as well as marketing leadership, where she has helped organizations—from early-stage startups to established regional firms—build their brands and strengthen their market presence. Stormi brings a well-rounded perspective to the industry, combining real estate insight with strategic brand development. Outside the office, she enjoys photography, being outdoors, community involvement, and spending time with her family.

Outside of the office, she is passionate about spending time with her family and friends, aviation, traveling, hiking, and flying fishing. Originally from Floydada, Texas, she now resides in El Paso.

He’s passionate about investing time with his wife Heather and daughters Emma and Madison. A passionate supporter of Texas A&M Athletics. Today, Mark works to ensure LPA’s reputation for timeliness, ethical, and accurate commercial valuations throughout the Southwest.

Shane is a Director with LPA and has over a decade of experience appraising a wide range of commercial properties for both transactional and right-of-way projects. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds a Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the IRWA.

Andy has over 15 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, land, special purpose, as well as partial acquisitions for eminent domain purposes. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Andy received his BS in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Real Estate in 2009 from Texas A&M University. Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family, making BBQ, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.

Michelle is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics. Michelle worked as a credit analyst before switching to commercial real estate appraisal in 2015. She has been a part of the LPA team since June 2022.

Kelsey is a Managing Director at LPA, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Kelsey is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Alan is LPA’s Managing Director for Oklahoma. He brings more than 45 years of commercial valuation and litigation support experience. With a background in appraising many property types in various locations across the Sooner state, he is a resource to his many clients. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership from Southwestern Christian University and received his MBA in International Business from Oklahoma Baptist University. He holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He and his wife Susan enjoy travel and entertaining family and friends. He currently assists with recruiting efforts as well as overseeing operations, litigation support, and commercial appraisal review work for LPA’s Oklahoma office.

Kyle is an associate with LPA. He previously interned in the LPA Houston office in Summer of 2022 and worked part-time in College Station while completing his Master of Real Estate degree at Texas A&M. He is currently an Appraiser Trainee working towards his General Certification. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf, and is an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics.

She has spent the last 10 years in the commercial real estate appraisal industry serving as office manager while helping write appraisals and researching. She takes pride in her professionalism and constant desire to learn and is excited where her journey with LPA will take her. Paige is mom to two children and two dogs, loves watching Oklahoma football (Go Sooners!...AND Pokes!!), and hangs out with her family playing ping pong and pickle ball in her free time.
