Jake proudly serves as the Managing Director of the Lubbock office, which serves areas all around West Texas and Eastern New Mexico including Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, and San Angelo. He has experience in a variety of different property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, subdivisions, and special use properties. He is a graduate of Texas A&M where he studied Urban Planning and Land Development. He enjoys watching/talking about college football, cooking, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. Mitchell started with LPA in January 2014 and works out of the Irving Headquarters. He attained his MAI designation in November 2020. Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as playing golf, firing up the Jambo, and cheering on the Red Raiders and Chelsea F.C.

Dakota is an El Paso native and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting in Dec 2021.

Jordan is the managing director of LPA’s San Antonio office and coordinates all aspects of Central Texas lender projects in his current role. He is a proud third generation Texan and San Antonio transplant who graduated from Southern Methodist University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sociology. Jordan has over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience across a wide range of property types, specializing in self-storage. His professional passion is training and working closely with team members to timely produce high-quality valuation reports for our client’s needs.

Taylor is a Senior Associate at LPA.  Taylor is State Certified in Texas and has experience in a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as churches and aircraft hangars. Taylor received her BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crocheting, volunteering, and watching sports.

Brian began his career with LPA in June 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the San Antonio office focusing on production of appraisal reports, as well as overseeing and assisting a team of appraisers. He attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Parsons Mounted Cavalry, and the Spirit of ’02 cannon crew. He studied Finance and later earned his Master of Real Estate.   In his spare time Brian enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and serving on the Beef Cattle Committee for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

Andrew is the Senior Researcher for LPA. He helps the LPA Research team by researching and utilizing the finest and freshest data so that our clients get the best valuation possible. Due to his experience in multiple industries, his MBA from Ohio University, several years in the airline industry, and a brief stint as an Air Traffic Controller, he provides a unique perspective to the LPA Research team.   Outside of work, Andrew enjoys cheering on the Dallas Mavericks and FC Dallas, visiting local breweries, spending time with his girlfriend and their pets.

Mario serves as Senior Managing Director of LPA in San Antonio. He was born and raised in San Antonio and brings over 20 years of appraisal experience in South and Central Texas. He has led the San Antonio office since its inception in 2016 and also established the right-of-way/litigation support valuation practice of LPA.   Besides giving back to two professional trade organizations and being a youth mentor, Mario cherishes every moment with his wife and son.  He also enjoys traveling, rooting for the Aggies, a day at the shooting range, and family time.

Talani is a Director at LPA and brings over 24 years of experience across several different positions in the appraisal industry from producer to third party review manager. Innovating and problem solving is her favorite part of the business. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University in Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoys caring for her dog, knitting, trying new cuisines, and playing video games.

Justin is a part of LPA’s research team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on his grandma’s farm, fishing, and traveling to new places. He is also an avid Mavericks, Texans, and Aggies sports fan, and loves attending games in person.

Will is an Associate at LPA. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in real estate and a master’s degree in applied statistics. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and cooking.

Anthony was born and raised in Houston, TX, and is a graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Anthony specializes in right-of-way and eminent domain but also has experience in agricultural, commercial, industrial, office, retail, special use, and vacant land appraisals. Anthony is passionate about fitness and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Carl is an experienced appraiser specializing in right of way and partial acquisitions. The growth in the Texas market has driven this segment of the business to expand in recent years. Carl’s expertise and client list has been an asset to the LPA San Antonio office.  A fighting Texas A&M graduate and MAI, Carl brings a well-rounded education to the organization.   He is married to his amazing wife, Courtney. Their daughter Brittney, and her husband Jordan, just welcomed the first grandson Wyatt Taylor into the world. Carl loves to spend his weekends at the beach or hunting at the ranch.

Brent is an experienced, MAI designated appraiser in multiple states with over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience. He is a proud Houston native and a graduate from Texas A&M University an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Sciences and a master’s degree in Land Development. His professional passion is ensuring high quality valuation reports with a 100% on-time delivery.

Camryn graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a B.B.A in Marketing and a Minor in Economics. Camryn is an associate at LPA where she produces appraisals for a wide range of property types.  In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, listening to live music, and spending time with her friends and family. 

I am a licensed CPA and a graduate of Henderson State University. My personal interests include attending my grandson’s weekend baseball games, practicing yoga, enjoying musicals, and volunteering at Rays of Light Dallas. A native of the Dallas area, I was actively involved in sports throughout my youth and continue to enjoy staying active.

Nicole is a graduate of Texas Tech University in December 2020 with a bachelors in Agricultural Economics. She has been in the appraisal business since 2018, starting out as an Appraisal Assistant and became a full-time appraiser in 2021. She originates from San Antonio, but now resides in Lubbock, Texas.

Trevor is a senior associate here at LPA where he produces appraisals for a wide variety of property types. Trevor is a proud graduate of the University of Florida where he studied Finance. After graduating, he attended Texas A&M University where he received a Masters in Real Estate and was introduced to LPA. In his free time, Trevor enjoys watching movie, reading books, and supporting his favorite sports teams. Go Gators!

Graham graduated from Oklahoma State University in the spring of 2020 with a degree in General Business Administration with an emphasis on International Business and Marketing. Graham enjoys the many benefits of living in Oklahoma and spends his time bird hunting, fishing, and supporting the Oklahoma City Thunder, along with the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

After earning both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and then attending the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University, Ellen joined LPA as an Associate in January 2019. She enjoys coming into the office every day, collaborating with her team, and furthering her education. She received her MAI designation in June of 2023. In her free time, she loves to read, practice photography, try new restaurants, and go hiking with her husband and dog!

Sarah recently graduated from the University of Alabama where she studied Economics and Finance. Roll Tide! Since starting as an associate at LPA, she has loved getting to work on a variety of property types. In her free time, she loves to try new restaurants in Dallas, travel, and spending time with friends and family.

Allison is a senior associate at LPA and joined the team in 2019. She is experienced in a wide variety of property types, but has a niche for multifamily and subdivisions. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. She is a San Antonio native and enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Allison is a fan of Aggie football and trips to the Texas coast.

McKenna enjoys learning each day from her colleagues and strives to make each report better than the last. Prior to joining LPA, she attended Texas Tech University. In 2019, she received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications, and in 2021, she received a Master of Science in Agricultural Communications after publishing a thesis. Outside of the office, she is passionate about spending time with her family and friends, aviation, traveling, hiking, and flying fishing. Originally from Floydada, Texas, she now resides in El Paso.

Mark is Founder and CEO of LPA.  In his current role, he drives strategy and expansion initiatives. Growth has been robust in recent years, as the organization more than doubled in a two-year time frame. A proud graduate of Texas A&M, where he studied Finance and Real Estate. Mark has experience in a wide range of commercial property types.   He’s passionate about investing time with his wife Heather and daughters Emma and Madison. A passionate supporter of Texas A&M Athletics. Today, Mark works to ensure LPA’s reputation for timeliness, ethical, and accurate commercial valuations throughout the Southwest.

Maggie recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance and Economics and a minor in Real Estate. She enjoys cooking, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Alabama football! Roll Tide!

Shane is a Director with LPA and has over a decade of experience appraising a wide range of commercial properties for both transactional and right-of-way projects. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds a Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the IRWA.   Shane is passionate about spending time with his wife Jenn and three boys Joey, Les, and Jack. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing, snow skiing, coaching, and spending time outdoors.

Drew is a Senior Managing Director and brings almost 10 years of commercial valuation experience. He received his BBA in Management and Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and currently holds the MAI & AI-GRS designations with the Appraisal Institute. He currently assists with company-wide recruiting efforts as well as oversees operations and commercial appraisal review work for both our El Paso and Lubbock offices.

Andy is the Senior Managing Director at LPA Fort Worth where he leads teams of appraisers focused on both transactional and infrastructure/right-of-way appraisals. Andy has over 15 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, land, special purpose, as well as partial acquisitions for eminent domain purposes. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Andy received his BS in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Real Estate in 2009 from Texas A&M University. Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family, making BBQ, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.

Michelle is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics. Michelle worked as a credit analyst before switching to commercial real estate appraisal in 2015. She has been a part of the LPA team since June 2022.   In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoys her time outside and trying new restaurants.

Chloe is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received her B.B.A. in Marketing in 2023 and completed the Master of Real Estate Program in 2024. Outside of the office, Chloe enjoys the arts, traveling, watching Aggie football, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jonathan is a Director of LPA at the El Paso office.  In his current role, he analyzes a wide range of commercial properties including but not limited to offices, retail, multi-family, industrial, hotels and other types of commercial developments. A proud graduate of University of Texas at El Paso, where he played football and studied Finance with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate.   He’s passionate about spending quality time with his family and friends and he enjoys traveling, working out, playing poker and golfing.

Jared is a part of the Corpus Christi office. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi where he majored in finance. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, reading, and has a passion for hiking and being outdoors.

Christopher is a Houston native and holds a B.B.A. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with experience in appraising a wide variety of property types. In his spare time, Christopher enjoys supporting Houston sports teams, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Anthony is a proud Texas A&M graduate, Class of ’17, and Master’s of Real Estate graduate, Class of ’18. Currently a Director at LPA, Anthony focuses on leading a team to produce ethical and timely valuations in North Texas.

Morgan Pavloske is a Director for LPA in the Houston office. She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and completes a wide variety of complex real estate appraisal assignments.   Morgan received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M. She also holds a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M. During her spare time, Morgan enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.

David is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he studied Finance and real estate. David enjoys exploring and studying the dynamic real estate market. In his spare time, he enjoys having cookouts and spending time with family and friends.

Kelsey is a Managing Director at LPA, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Kelsey is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Kelsey appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as mobile home parks and RV parks. Kelsey received her BS in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama. Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, skiing, and playing tennis.

Naomi Reyes has worked in various roles within the appraisal industry since 2005. She has a BA in Journalism & Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University and an MS in Science & Technology Journalism from Texas A&M University. 

Kevin is the Managing Director of LPA Houston. He directs an experienced team of appraisers and works on various projects to help continue to grow the Houston office. A proud graduate of Texas A&M, he studied Construction Science and Real Estate. He joined LPA in 2018 and has experience in a wide variety of commercial property types.   He’s passionate about traveling, Houston and Texas A&M sports, and spending time with his wife Kiana and son Walker.

Hilary received her BS in Radio, Television and Film from Texas Christian University and her Masters Degree in Communication, Media and Technology from Southern Methodist University where she is now a Part-time Adjunct Professor for the Temerlin Advertising Institute. In various functions, she has been instrumental in building and growing brands for more than 20 years through initiatives in Advertising and Marketing. She has also published two children’s books. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Kyle is part of the LPA team in Houston. Kyle received his B.B.A in Marketing from Texas A&M University, and is also a graduate of the Master of Real Estate program at Texas A&M. In his free time, he likes to travel, spend time with friends and family and pursue his interests in cars.  

Ben is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he studied History. Prior to working for LPA, he worked in the offshore oil and gas industry. He began his career in commercial real estate appraisal in 2021 when he started with the Lowery team.   In his free time Ben enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his wife, Katie, and son, Hudson.

Alan is LPA’s Managing Director for Oklahoma. He brings more than 45 years of commercial valuation and litigation support experience. With a background in appraising many property types in various locations across the Sooner state, he is a resource to his many clients. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership from Southwestern Christian University and received his MBA in International Business from Oklahoma Baptist University. He holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He and his wife Susan enjoy travel and entertaining family and friends. He currently assists with recruiting efforts as well as overseeing operations, litigation support, and commercial appraisal review work for LPA’s Oklahoma office.

Alyssa graduated from the University of Alabama in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Marketing as well as a double minor in Real Estate and Management Communications. Property types that Alyssa has appraised include: office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and other types of commercial properties. When she is not at work, she likes to hangout with her 2 cats and cheer on the Crimson Tide teams.

Kyle is an associate with LPA. He previously interned in the LPA Houston office in Summer of 2022 and worked part-time in College Station while completing his Master of Real Estate degree at Texas A&M. He is currently an Appraiser Trainee working towards his General Certification. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf, and is an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics.

Sheridan is a recent Graduate of Texas Tech University where she studied Agricultural Business. She is currently in her apprenticeship and enjoys learning about new property types and working through the challenges that they bring. She really enjoys working alongside her colleagues. Sheridan enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time.

Olivia graduated from Illinois College in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Psychology and a minor in Pre-Law. In 2024, she graduated from the Master of Real Estate program at Texas A&M University.  Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with friends, family, and her cat!

Huntyr joined LPA in 2022. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics - Finance and Real Estate. Whoop! She enjoys each day at LPA as she continues to expand her knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry. She spends her time outside of the office relaxing with family and friends.

Matt is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he studied Agricultural Economics and real estate and achieved a Master of Real Estate degree. Since 2010, he has worked in commercial real estate appraisal, including eminent domain and lending, and has been a part of the Lowery Team since January 2022.   In his free time Matt enjoys cooking and spending time in the outdoors with wife Jenna and two children Luke and Anna.

Ashley is a part of the LPA marketing and operations team. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she studied Business Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling new places, trying new restaurants, and has a passion for health and wellness.

Bridgette is a proud Texas A&M Islander finance graduate. She is very passionate about sunsets and beaches. Her property type experience includes land, retail, office, industrial, and apartments.

Bennett received a Finance degree from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, golf, and traveling.

In Jeff’s current role as Director of the Corpus Christi office he is focused on building and educating his team about various property types and the appraisal process. He is a proud graduate of Texas A&M, where he studied Finance and Economics.  He has experience in a wide range of commercial property types and eminent domain valuations for highways, pipelines, highlines, and corridor projects.   He’s passionate about investing time with his wife Anna and his family. He is also a passionate supporter of Texas A&M Athletics.

Danielle serves as Managing Director at LPA Fort Worth, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Danielle appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as airplane hangars and equestrian facilities.

 

Prior to becoming an appraiser, Danielle received her BS in Agribusiness through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and MS in Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Danielle enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, watching Texas A&M football games, going to the lake, and traveling.

Lucas graduated  Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Finance in May of 2023. He grew up in the Dallas area but decided on sticking around West Texas after graduation. His decision to stay in Lubbock is driven by the strong sense of community, Texas Tech Athletics, and his role at LPA. When he’s not at the office, Lucas enjoys the outdoors, fitness, and catching up with friends and family. He hopes to start a lengthy career in appraisal.

Paige graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and spent the first 14 years of her professional career as a highschool English and Journalism teacher.  She has spent the last 10 years in the commercial real estate appraisal industry serving as office manager while helping write appraisals and researching.  She takes pride in her professionalism and constant desire to learn and is excited where her journey with LPA will take her.  Paige is mom to two children and two dogs, loves watching Oklahoma football (Go Sooners!...AND Pokes!!), and hangs out with her family playing ping pong and pickle ball in her free time.
