Jake proudly serves as the Managing Director of the Lubbock office, which serves areas all around West Texas and Eastern New Mexico including Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, and San Angelo. He has experience in a variety of different property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, subdivisions, and special use properties. He is a graduate of Texas A&M where he studied Urban Planning and Land Development. He enjoys watching/talking about college football, cooking, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jordan is the managing director of LPA’s San Antonio office and coordinates all aspects of Central Texas
lender projects in his current role. He is a proud third generation Texan and San Antonio transplant who
graduated from Southern Methodist University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and
Sociology. Jordan has over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience across a wide
range of property types, specializing in self-storage. His professional passion is training and working
closely with team members to timely produce high-quality valuation reports for our client’s needs.

Taylor is a State Certified General Appraiser in Texas and Oklahoma. Taylor has experience appraising a variety of property types, including industrial, retail, office, subdivisions, and mixed-use and various special-use developments, such as aircraft hangars and religious facilities. Taylor received her BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and is actively pursuing her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Outside the office, Taylor enjoys practicing yoga, rooting for her favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Brian began his career with LPA in June 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the San Antonio office focusing on production of appraisal reports, as well as overseeing and assisting a team of appraisers. He attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Parsons Mounted Cavalry, and the Spirit of ’02 cannon crew. He studied Finance and later earned his Master of Real Estate.
In his spare time Brian enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and serving on the Beef Cattle Committee for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.

Andrew is the Director of Research for LPA. He leads the LPA Research team in sourcing and analyzing the most accurate and up-to-date market data to ensure clients receive the best valuation possible. With a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University, an MBA from Ohio University, and experience across multiple industries, including several years in the aviation industry, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys cheering on Bobcat and Longhorn football, visiting local breweries, traveling with his girlfriend, and keeping their spirited corgi entertained while their cat looks on in judgment.

Mario serves as a Senior Managing Director at LPA. He was born and raised in San Antonio and brings over 20 years of appraisal experience throughout the State of Texas. He established the San Antonio office and the Right-of-Way/Litigation Support Practice of LPA in 2016 and continues to grow and scale the group into new markets.
Besides giving back to two professional trade organizations and being a youth mentor, Mario cherishes every moment with his wife and son. He also enjoys traveling, rooting for the Aggies, a day at the shooting range or golf course, and family time.

Justin is an associate appraiser at our Dallas/corporate headquarters office. Before working with LPA as an appraiser, he served on our research team, where he gained valuable experience supporting valuation projects and market analysis. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received his degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on his grandma’s farm, fishing, and traveling to new places. He is also an avid Mavericks, Texans, and Aggies sports fan, and loves attending games in person.

Anthony DiMare, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He serves as the Director of the Houston Right-of-Way Team and specializes in right-of-way and eminent domain valuation. In addition to his extensive experience with condemnation and infrastructure-related appraisal assignments, Anthony has completed a wide range of commercial property valuations for lending purposes. He is committed to serving his clients with integrity and responsiveness. Outside of work, Anthony maintains an active lifestyle, is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Carl is an experienced appraiser specializing in right of way and partial acquisitions. The growth in the Texas market has driven this segment of the business to expand in recent years. Carl’s expertise and client list has been an asset to the LPA San Antonio office. A fighting Texas A&M graduate and MAI, Carl brings a well-rounded education to the organization.
He is married to his amazing wife, Courtney. Their daughter Brittney, and her husband Jordan, just welcomed the first grandson Wyatt Taylor into the world. Carl loves to spend his weekends at the beach or hunting at the ranch.

Brent Elliott, MAI, AI-GRS serves as Executive Vice President at Lowery Property Advisors (LPA) in Houston, where he leads valuation and appraisal services across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate assets and clients. With over a decade of experience, Brent has built a reputation for delivering USPAP-compliant valuations and strategic insights for office, retail, industrial, multi-family, ranchland, and development land throughout the Southwestern United States.
Brent holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in multiple states across the Southwest US region and has earned both the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. His academic foundation includes a BS in Urban and Regional Sciences and an MS in Land Development from Texas A&M University.

Nicole serves as the Managing Director of the Lubbock office, proudly serving clients across West Texas, Eastern New Mexico, and the surrounding regions. Nicole is a 2020 graduate of Texas Tech University, where she majored in Agricultural & Applied Economics, and brings over 5 years of industry experience. Originally from the San Antonio area, Nicole now resides in Lubbock alongside her husband and son, who are proud regional farmers. Stormi earned her BBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Arkansas University, where she was also a member of the collegiate golf team. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas and is a licensed attorney. Her career spans roles in commercial title and real estate, as well as marketing leadership, where she has helped organizations—from early-stage startups to established regional firms—build their brands and strengthen their market presence. Stormi brings a well-rounded perspective to the industry, combining real estate insight with strategic brand development. Outside the office, she enjoys photography, being outdoors, community involvement, and spending time with her family.

Andy serves LPA as a Senior Managing Director in the Fort Worth office. His role is a regional leader, overseeing the Fort Worth, Houston and Texarkana offices, leading teams focused on both transactional and infrastructure/right-of-way valuations. Andy has over 16 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, special use, as well as partial acquisitions for eminent domain purposes. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Andy received his BS in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Real Estate in 2009 from Texas A&M University. Alan is LPA’s Managing Director for Oklahoma. He brings more than 45 years of commercial valuation and litigation support experience. With a background in appraising many property types in various locations across the Sooner state, he is a resource to his many clients. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership from Southwestern Christian University and received his MBA in International Business from Oklahoma Baptist University. He holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He and his wife Susan enjoy travel and entertaining family and friends. He currently assists with recruiting efforts as well as overseeing operations, litigation support, and commercial appraisal review work for LPA’s Oklahoma office.

Kyle is a senior associate at our Dallas/Corporate HQ office. Before joining LPA full-time, he interned at the LPA Houston office in the summer of 2022 and worked part-time in College Station while completing his Master of Real Estate degree at Texas A&M University. He also earned his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf and is an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics.
