Taylor is a Senior Associate at LPA. Taylor is State Certified in Texas and has experience in a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as churches and aircraft hangars. Taylor received her BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crocheting, volunteering, and watching sports.

Justin Cox
Justin is a part of LPA’s research team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on his grandma’s farm, fishing, and traveling to new places. He is also an avid Mavericks, Texans, and Aggies sports fan, and loves attending games in person.
Kyle Sculley
Kyle is an associate with LPA. He previously interned in the LPA Houston office in Summer of 2022 and worked part-time in College Station while completing his Master of Real Estate degree at Texas A&M. He is currently an Appraiser Trainee working towards his General Certification. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf, and is an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics.
Sarah Jamieson
Sarah recently graduated from the University of Alabama where she studied Economics and Finance. Roll Tide! Since starting as an associate at LPA, she has loved getting to work on a variety of property types. In her free time, she loves to try new restaurants in Dallas, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
Ashley Travis
Ashley is a part of the LPA marketing and operations team. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she studied Business Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling new places, trying new restaurants, and has a passion for health and wellness.
Lucas Watt
Lucas graduated Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Finance in May of 2023. He grew up in the Dallas area but decided on sticking around West Texas after graduation. His decision to stay in Lubbock is driven by the strong sense of community, Texas Tech Athletics, and his role at LPA.
When he’s not at the office, Lucas enjoys the outdoors, fitness, and catching up with friends and family. He hopes to start a lengthy career in appraisal.
