Kyle is an associate with LPA. He previously interned in the LPA Houston office in Summer of 2022 and worked part-time in College Station while completing his Master of Real Estate degree at Texas A&M. He is currently an Appraiser Trainee working towards his General Certification. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf, and is an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics.

Ashley Travis
Ashley is a part of the LPA HR team. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she studied Business Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling new places, trying new restaurants, and has a passion for health and wellness.
Will Davis
Will is an Associate at LPA. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in real estate and a master’s degree in applied statistics. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and cooking.
Huntyr Sicola
Huntyr joined LPA in 2022. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics – Finance and Real Estate. Whoop! She enjoys each day at LPA as she continues to expand her knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry. She spends her time outside of the office relaxing with family and friends.
Maggie Lucas
Maggie recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance and Economics and a minor in Real Estate. She enjoys cooking, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Alabama football! Roll Tide!
Kelsey Regan
Kelsey is a Managing Director at LPA, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Kelsey is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Kelsey appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as mobile home parks and RV parks. Kelsey received her BS in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama. Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, skiing, and playing tennis.
