Dallas

Taylor is a State Certified General Appraiser in Texas and Oklahoma. Taylor has experience appraising a variety of property types, including industrial, retail, office, subdivisions, and mixed-use and various special-use developments, such as aircraft hangars and religious facilities. Taylor received her BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and is actively pursuing her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Outside the office, Taylor enjoys practicing yoga, rooting for her favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Justin is an associate appraiser at our Dallas/corporate headquarters office. Before working with LPA as an appraiser, he served on our research team, where he gained valuable experience supporting valuation projects and market analysis. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received his degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on his grandma’s farm, fishing, and traveling to new places. He is also an avid Mavericks, Texans, and Aggies sports fan, and loves attending games in person.

Kyle is a Director at our Dallas/Corporate HQ office. Before joining LPA full-time, he interned at the LPA Houston office in the summer of 2022 and worked part-time in College Station while completing his Master of Real Estate degree at Texas A&M University. He also earned his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf and is an avid supporter of Texas A&M athletics.

Ashley is a part of the LPA HR team. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she studied Business Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling new places, trying new restaurants, and has a passion for health and wellness.

Huntyr joined LPA in 2022. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics – Finance and Real Estate. Whoop! She enjoys each day at LPA as she continues to expand her knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry. She spends her time outside of the office relaxing with family and friends.

Maggie is a Director at LPA and is State Certified in Texas and Colorado. She has experience appraising a variety of property types, including multifamily, land, industrial, retail, office, subdivisions, and mixed-use developments. Maggie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics and a minor in Real Estate. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Alabama football! Roll Tide!
