Kelsey is a Managing Director at LPA, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Kelsey is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Kelsey appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as mobile home parks and RV parks. Kelsey received her BS in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama. Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, skiing, and playing tennis.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. Mitchell started with LPA in January 2014 and works out of our headquarters in Irving. He attained his MAI designation in November 2020. Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as playing golf, firing up the Jambo, and cheering on the Red Raiders and Chelsea F.C.

Andrew is the Director of Research for LPA. He leads the LPA Research team in sourcing and analyzing the most accurate and up-to-date market data to ensure clients receive the best valuation possible. With a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University, an MBA from Ohio University, and experience across multiple industries, including several years in the aviation industry, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys cheering on Bobcat and Longhorn football, visiting local breweries, traveling with his girlfriend, and keeping their spirited corgi entertained while their cat looks on in judgment.

Stormi earned her BBA in Finance and Marketing from Southern Arkansas University, where she was also a member of the collegiate golf team. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas and is a licensed attorney. Her career spans roles in commercial title and real estate, as well as marketing leadership, where she has helped organizations—from early-stage startups to established regional firms—build their brands and strengthen their market presence. Stormi brings a well-rounded perspective to the industry, combining real estate insight with strategic brand development. Outside the office, she enjoys photography, being outdoors, community involvement, and spending time with her family.

Mark is Founder and CEO of LPA.  In his current role, he drives strategy and expansion initiatives. Growth has been robust in recent years, as the organization more than doubled in a two-year time frame. A proud graduate of Texas A&M, where he studied Finance and Real Estate. Mark has experience in a wide range of commercial property types.

 

He’s passionate about investing time with his wife Heather and daughters Emma and Madison. A passionate supporter of Texas A&M Athletics. Today, Mark works to ensure LPA’s reputation for timeliness, ethical, and accurate commercial valuations throughout the Southwest.
