Lane graduated from Texas A&M University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and earned her a Master of Science in Economics from A&M in 2025. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and cheering on Aggie Athletics.

Olivia is an associate at LPA Fort Worth. She has experience appraising a variety of property types, including industrial, retail, office, restaurants, subdivisions, and various special-use developments.
Olivia graduated from Illinois College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Psychology and a minor in Pre-Law. She also received a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University and is actively pursuing her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Outside the office, Olivia enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and her cats.
Bennett Veenker
Bennett received a Finance degree from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, golf, and traveling.
Danielle Watkins,

Danielle serves as Managing Director at LPA Fort Worth, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Danielle appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as airplane hangars and equestrian facilities.
Prior to becoming an appraiser, Danielle received her BS in Agribusiness through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and MS in Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Danielle enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, watching Texas A&M football games, going to the lake, and traveling.
Andy McLain,

Andy serves LPA as a Senior Managing Director in the Fort Worth office. His role is a regional leader, overseeing the Fort Worth, Houston and Texarkana offices, leading teams focused on both transactional and infrastructure/right-of-way valuations. Andy has over 16 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, special use, as well as partial acquisitions for eminent domain purposes. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Andy received his BS in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Real Estate in 2009 from Texas A&M University. Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family, making BBQ, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.
Drew McFarland,

Drew proudly serves as a Senior Managing Director and oversees the Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Atlanta offices through leading teams focused on commercial real property valuations. He has experience in a variety of different property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, subdivisions, and special-use properties. He received his BBA in Management and Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and currently holds the MAI & AI-GRS designations with the Appraisal Institute. Drew enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling.
