Seth is an associate at LPA Fort Worth. He holds his Texas Appraiser Trainee license and delivers valuation services to a wide range of commercial properties. Seth received his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University in 2018. He is a native of West Texas and is passionate about spending time with his family, including his wife Kaylie and their three dogs. His hobbies include traveling, sports, snow skiing, working on projects and consistently hitting golf balls out of bounds.
Isabella is an Associate at LPA Fort Worth. She holds her Texas Appraiser Trainee license and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, multi-family, restaurants, land, and other types of special use commercial properties. Isabella received her BS in General Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Alabama in 2021. Isabella is a native of Southlake, Texas and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Shane is a Director with LPA and has over a decade of experience appraising a wide range of commercial properties for both transactional and right-of-way projects. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds a Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the IRWA.
Shane is passionate about spending time with his wife Jenn and three boys Joey, Les, and Jack. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing, snow skiing, coaching, and spending time outdoors.
Will Snider, MAI
Will serves as a Director for LPA in Fort Worth and has performed valuation and consulting services across the State of Texas and surrounding states on a wide range of commercial property types, with a primary focus on eminent domain/condemnation appraisals.
Will is a graduate of Texas A&M University with Bachelor of Finance and Master of Real Estate degrees. In his spare time, Mr. Snider enjoys traveling with his wife Rebecca, volunteering for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, golf, hunting, snow skiing, and reading.
Danielle serves as a Managing Director at LPA Fort Worth, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Danielle is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through The Appraisal Institute. She appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as airplane hangars and equestrian facilities.
Danielle received her BS in Agribusiness through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and MS in Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching Texas A&M football, going to the lake, and traveling.
Andy McLain, MAI
Andy is the Senior Managing Director at LPA Fort Worth where he leads teams of appraisers focused on both transactional and infrastructure/right-of-way appraisals. Andy has 13 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, land, special purpose, as well as partial acquisitions for eminent domain purposes. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Andy received his BS in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Real Estate in 2009 from Texas A&M University. Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family, making BBQ, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.
