Kevin is the Managing Director of LPA Houston. He directs an experienced team of appraisers and works on various projects to help continue to grow the Houston office. A proud graduate of Texas A&M, he studied Construction Science and Real Estate. He joined LPA in 2018 and has experience in a wide variety of commercial property types.

 

He’s passionate about traveling, Houston and Texas A&M sports, and spending time with his wife Kiana and son Walker.

Brent is an experienced, MAI designated appraiser in multiple states with over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience. He is a proud Houston native and a graduate from Texas A&M University an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Sciences and a master’s degree in Land Development. His professional passion is ensuring high quality valuation reports with a 100% on-time delivery.
