Anthony DiMare, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He serves as the Director of the Houston Right-of-Way Team and specializes in right-of-way and eminent domain valuation. In addition to his extensive experience with condemnation and infrastructure-related appraisal assignments, Anthony has completed a wide range of commercial property valuations for lending purposes. He is committed to serving his clients with integrity and responsiveness. Outside of work, Anthony maintains an active lifestyle, is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Brent Elliott, MAI, AI-GRS serves as Executive Vice President at Lowery Property Advisors (LPA) in Houston, where he leads valuation and appraisal services across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate assets and clients. With over a decade of experience, Brent has built a reputation for delivering USPAP-compliant valuations and strategic insights for office, retail, industrial, multi-family, ranchland, and development land throughout the Southwestern United States.
Brent holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in multiple states across the Southwest US region and has earned both the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. His academic foundation includes a BS in Urban and Regional Sciences and an MS in Land Development from Texas A&M University.
