Jordan is a proud third-generation Texan and San Antonio transplant who graduated from Southern Methodist University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sociology. Jordan has over a decade of tenure at LPA and commercial real property valuation experience across a wide range of property types, specializing in self-storage. His professional passion is training and working closely with team members to produce timely, high-quality valuation reports for our client’s needs.

Mario serves as Executive Vice President at LPA. He was born and raised in San Antonio and brings over 20 years of appraisal experience throughout the State of Texas. He established the San Antonio LPA office and the Right-of-Way/Litigation Support Practice of LPA in 2016 and continues to grow and scale the group into new markets.
In addition to giving back to two professional trade organizations and being a youth mentor, Mario also cherishes every moment with his wife and son. He enjoys traveling, rooting for the Aggies, a day at the shooting range or golf course, and family time.
